A. Personal Data

  • User-Input Information: To help you generate invoices, the App allows you to input details such as business/merchant names, GSTIN (GST Identification Number), address, contact details, email addresses, client details, bank account details, and logo images.
  • Local Storage Only: All your invoice details, profiles, item listings, and financial calculations are stored strictly locally on your device’s secure storage (using Android SQLite/Room database). This information is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party databases.

B. Device and Usage Data

  • Log Files and Diagnostic Data: The App may generate local diagnostic logs to help with debugging and performance monitoring. These logs do not contain sensitive financial data and are not shared unless you explicitly export them for troubleshooting.

C. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App integrates Google AdMob to display banner and native advertisements. To serve ads, Google AdMob may collect and use certain diagnostic and tracking identifiers.

  • AdMob Data Collection: Google may collect data including your device’s IP address, advertising ID (such as the Android Advertising ID), device specifications, network connection information, and ad interaction history.
  • How AdMob Uses This Data: This data is used to provide, maintain, and personalize advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.
  • Opt-Out: You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising through your device’s Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

2. Use of Your Information

We do not run or maintain external databases/servers that store your personal business records. The information processed by the App is used solely for:

  • Performing local GST/percentage calculations.
  • Generating, rendering, and exporting PDF invoices locally on your device.
  • Providing a personalized experience (e.g., remembering your merchant profile for future invoices).
  • Showing ads through AdMob to keep the App free to use.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or financial records to outside parties.

We may share non-personal or anonymized device/usage identifiers with third-party networks (specifically Google AdMob) for the purpose of serving ads, as described in Section 1(C).

4. Security of Your Information

We use standard Android security practices to protect your locally stored data. However, because your invoice data is stored entirely on your own mobile device, the security of your information also depends on the security of your device (such as setting up passcodes, avoiding unverified third-party app installations, and securing your PDF exports).

5. Third-Party Websites and SDKs

The App may contain links to third-party services or display advertisements. Once you use these links or click on advertisements to leave the App, any information you provide to those third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
